This beautifully updated lux home features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, spacious eat in kitchen, and outdoor sanctuary complete with saltwater pool/spa, grill, propane fire pit, outdoor dining table, and sitting areas galore! Walking distance to Las Olas shops/restaurants (1 mile) and 5 minute (1.5 miles) drive or short bike ride to Ft. Lauderdale beach/Taylor Birch State Park. Airport is only15 min away!

Home comes equipped with high speed WiFi, Hulu Live TV/Disney+, countless board games to enjoy with the family, fully stocked kitchen, and oversized dining room table with room for 8-10. Breakfast nook and kitchen island may also be used for additional seating options. Outdoor area comes fully stocked with grill, fire pit, pool toys, adult/child floats, cornhole/Jenga, and beach gear. Soak up some sun on one of the many loungers available or dine on the outdoor dining table with oversized umbrella.

Guest have access to the entire space, private pool, patio, etc.

Quaint Victoria Park is an upscale residential area reminiscent of Old Florida, with luxury estates and traditional 1930s “cracker” houses. Holiday Park (a few minute walk away) has jogging trails, tennis courts, and playing fields, while Victoria Park draws water sports enthusiasts for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding

Bike friendly area and also very easy to get a Lyft or Uber. There is also a shuttle for a small fee that can be utilized via the circuit app (ask us for more details)! For water lovers the water taxi is a cool way to see the city as well.

We are located in a quiet, low key area of Fort Lauderdale with quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Absolutely NO parties or excessive noise will be tolerated (you will be fined and removed from the property with no refund)

Please do not put any metal furniture in the pool as it will rust and guest will be charged for all damages

Please note: the phone service in Victoria Park is sometimes spotty depending on your service provider. For this reason we purchased the higher tier WiFi to combat this possible issue

POOL HEATING:
During the colder winter months the spa and pool may be heated for an extra fee of $25 dollars/day. This will get the pool to a temp pf about 85 degrees. Please note: During unusually cold temperatures it may be more difficult to maintain these temperatures.
